Yes I am aware, mainly because I have one sitting in my cupboard waiting to be built. I picked it up on Amazon for £6.50, which is not bad at all I thought. I think thats just over 11 dollars to you guys in Canada.
I will certainly bare that in mind when I build it, thanks for the heads up. I'm guessing you used the kit decals? I presume that they went over red paint well enough? Just asking because I have in the past came across white decals that have been a little thin and the colour has bled through a little. I wouldn't want pink markings rather than white. At a glance they look good enough but it would be nice to have it confirmed. I certainly haven't seen any builds that show signs of this so I'm guessing they are good?
I know what you mean, it can be infuriating. Personally I have yet to see any white decals that are perfect when it comes to opaqueness. These aren't bad though they are not perfect. I suppose if one wants really white decals then one would have to face decal thickness problems. I think the only way to have true white is to paint it with stencils and masks.
